Report Card Day
On Friday, June 30th, students in grades 9-11 are expected to come to school for closing remarks and to collect their report cards. Teachers will have report cards for students following closing remarks in the AV room. All students are expected to attend the closing and collect their own report cards. Report cards will only be available for parents to pick up between 10:30 am and 11:30 am in the office on June 30th – Report Cards will NOT be available prior to 10:30 am. The office will be staffed until 1:00 pm. If you are unable to attend on June 30th, you may leave a self-addressed stamped envelope at the office for report cards to be mailed. If you do not pick up your report card in June, it will be available when school re-opens in September.
Student-Parent Portal and the Summer Months
The Student-Parent Portal accounts will be disabled over the summer months. The portal will be unavailable to students and parents from July 4, 2017 to August 31, 2017.
Students Schedules for 2017-2018
The student schedules for 2017-2018 will be finalized over the summer and available on PowerSchool by August 31st. When you log on to PowerSchool
Transcript Requests during the Summer Months
Over the summer months, while many school offices are closed, active and former students may require a copy of their transcripts. To accommodate this need students requiring transcripts can contact Jansen Anderson by email andersongj@ccrsb.ca
The first day of school for students is Thursday, September 7, 2017.
